About this Site

Visions of Fantasy was opened April 5,2006. The name came from an old site of mine that I adored named, Tenkuu no Fantasy, translated into Vision(s) of Fantasy. The site was designed as mainly an image archive and wallpaper site dedicated to various Final Fantasy games but, has grown to accompany more. This site is run and maintained by FallenAngelCeres and is a part of the Mushroom Samba Network.

About the Layout

This layout features Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi of Final Fantasy VII. I absolutely love this image of the two and I really like the relationship between them as well. The theme "Endless world" came from a song from Final Fantasy X called And On We Go. Here are the Englsih lyrics

Sending up a spray, we kick at the water And whirl about, embracing an unending dream Surely someday, we'll receive The key to the endless world On the other side of these waves The moments, when we laughed together so brilliantly as we scrawled down A future that was more than we could draw, shine brightly The clouds parted and the sun shone upon our faces When we suddenly paused to look up at the sky Ah, even with the passing of time Pictures like the scribbles of those days remain unchangedSpreading our wings, we whirl about in the sky And kick at the waves, sending up a spray Surely someday, we'll find The door to the outrageous world On the other side of these skiesThe moments, when we cheerfully stumbled along clutching a dream That was more than we could hold in both hands, shine brightly Since we had large arms just to support each other And a friend to walk with us at our sides Ah, no matter the time Days like the magic of those days will never be lostSending up a spray, we kick at the water And whirl about, embracing an unending dream Surely someday, we'll receive The rest of the eternal dreamSpreading our wings, we whirl about in the sky And kick at the waves, sending up a spray Surely someday, we'll find The door to the outrageous world On the other side of these skies

About Final Fantasy

The Final Fantasy series is one of the most well known games of all time. It was created by Squre-Enix (once known as SquareSoft). There are about 28 Final Fantasy games. You can find doujinshi, anime, manga, movies, and more as other extra additions and spin-offs to the many series of Final Fantasy games. The only known game to have a direct sequel out of the entire series is Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2 was a direct sequel to X. You won't find any of those characters you loved from the previous games, such as you won't find Cloud Strife from FFVII in FFX, however you'll notice the same Aeons, Chocobos, and Moogles. The music, magic, character design, and scenary all makes a Final Fantasy game deserve that name. It is a rpg series where you'll find at least one Fantasy to get sucked into and attached. You play these games not only for the gameplay...but for the story as well.

About Kingdom Hearts

Kingdom Hearts started of as a PlayStation 2 game develiped by Square-Enix and Disney. It combines your beloved Final Fantasy characters, Disney characters, and also characters created specifically for Kingdom Hearts. The main characters are Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Sora is your protagonist and the main character of all game play. Like all Final Fantasy games, it is an RPG, though it has a hack-and-slash feel to it. The scenary includes that of Disney scenary though, it's obvious all scenary is influenced by Square-Enix. There are multiple Kingodm Hearts, Kingdom Hearts I and II were both released for PlayStation 2. Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories was created for GameBoy Advanced. The series of events in that chapter comes between Kingdom Hearts I and II. In Japan they turned Chain of Memories into a PS2 game and relased it in a package with Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ . There has also been a manga Shiro Amano had created based on Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. It is published by TokyoPop and availible in English in the United States. Kingdom Hearts is warming for Final Fantasy fans because it combines familiar and well-known characters, a beautiful soundtrack, and a great storyline.
